Question Eight
"If someone is a bad person then that person is a bad citizen"
Like Question Seven, there is not vast agreement for Question Eight. However, the "This is...true" answers and the "This is...untrue" answers are equal in the number of responses. Every answer experienced a percentage change. Some were rather large. It seems that Americans are more prone to accepting that a bad person will have a harder time being a good citizen than a bad citizen will have being a good person.

Question Seven
"If someone is a bad citizen, then they are a bad person."
Question Seven and Question Eight were meant to find out how connected Americans believe good citizenship is to being a good person in general. No vast agreement here, but it does seem that there is a slight leaning towards the opinion that one can be a bad citizen but still be a good person.

Question Six
"In order to be a good citizen one must have..."
Question Six asked about the educational level required to be a good citizen. A very large portion of the respondents said that one does not require any schooling to be a good citizen. To many of the founders and many political theorists, this may be a shocking find. However, a look at answers in the "Other" category may shed light on this data. Most of the "Other" answers say that being educated is required, but formal schooling is not. This could be what some of the 65% of respondents had in mind when they answered.
Characteristics of Good Citizens
The following questions cover the opinions Americans have in respect to a few of the personal characteristics of a good citizen.
